CNC: Mazak Quick Turn 250HP CNC Lathe
  • 3" Max. Diameter Bar Feed, 18" Max. Length
  • Fully programmable. 12 station turret. Can be tooled for turning, drilling, boring, threading and cut off. Programmable tailstock. Can hold +/- .0002 diameter. Hard turning capable.
Manual: Hardinge Super Precision Lathe
  • 1 1/4" through Spindle, 18" Max. Length 6" Diameter Workpiece
  • Six jaw chuck. 5-C collets (1/16" - 3") Very close tolerances held (+/- .0002 on diameters.) Hard turning capable. (5 Machines)
Manual: H.E.S. Lathe (our biggest lathe)
  • 2" through Spindle, 60" Max. Length 16" Swing
  • Very rigid engine lathe for hogging materials as well as very good accuracy. Can hold +/- .0005 on diameter.
Manual: General Purpose Lathes
  • 2" through Spindle, 36" Max. Length 12" Swing
  • 4 jaw and 6 jaw chucks, collets. Can hold up to +/- .001 on diameter. (3 machines)
